VEP Express – Terms & Conditions
By engaging VEP Express for VEP application services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and provide a smooth, professional service experience.
1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before we begin processing your application.

Payment confirms your placement in our service queue and acceptance of these terms.
2. Processing Order
-
Applications are processed strictly in the order payment is received.
-
We offer Normal Service (5–7 working days) and Fast Service (3–4 working days). Timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on JPJ system availability or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Client Cooperation
-
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and clear document scans/photos as requested.
-
Prompt responses to our emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls are necessary to avoid delays.
4. Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet Policy
-
VEP Express cannot directly fix issues with individual TNG eWallet accounts.
-
We can guide you and provide steps to resolve issues, but final resolution rests with TNG customer support.

It is your responsibility to ensure your TNG account is eligible for VEP use.
-
Technical issues with TNG are not grounds for refunds.
5. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure every application is completed successfully. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

If your application fails due to our error, we will retry up to three times. If still unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued promptly.

No refunds will be given if the failure is due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

Once your RFID tag appointment is booked, postage is paid, or your confirmation slip is issued, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be provided.
6. RFID Tag Collection & Installation

Clients may collect the RFID tag in person at designated locations or request postage delivery.

For mailed tags, self-installation on the headlight is required, following the installation guide provided.

Verification pictures must be submitted for approval. If rejected due to incorrect installation, reapplication will be treated as a new order with full fees applying.
7. Appointment Scheduling

All RFID tag installation appointments should be arranged only after confirming availability with us via WhatsApp to avoid scheduling conflicts.
8. Personal Data Protection & Privacy
-
We collect only the information necessary for your VEP application.
-
Your details go directly to JPJ Malaysia and no one else.
-
All data is stored securely, encrypted, and automatically deleted within 60 days after your application is completed.
-
We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
9. Information Disclaimer

Any travel guidance, including use of VEP confirmation slips or RFID tag procedures, is provided as a reference only.

VEP Express is not liable for denied entry, fines, or enforcement action arising from changes in official requirements or client failure to comply with current regulations. Clients should verify the latest requirements with JPJ Malaysia before travel.
10. Changes to Terms
-
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in regulations or our services.

By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to the revised terms.
11. Acknowledgment
By making payment to VEP Express, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. For any questions or clarifications, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.
